| You have 10 months from your original date of enrollment (purchase) to complete your coursework to obtain a DE964 to obtain your State of Texas Drivers License.

| The WorkCenter is not auto-refreshing once a task is complete |
| |
First - not all tasks record a 'task complete' status. Nor will they cause other tasks farther down the Coursework stack to open up. Those are informational and for your benefit.
Next - the WorkCenter (or where the Coursework is shown by all the different icons on the page) will only refresh when the WorkCenter page is LOADED.
When you load the WorkCenter, what you see at that moment in time, is what is available to you as the page is loaded. If you click an icon to perform a task (another web browser tab opens) and you complete the task, the WorkCenter (parked in the parent web browser tab) has no knowledge of your progress.
Return to the WorkCenter tab and reload the page.
The best practice to reload the WorkCenter is .. if you are a PARENT/CHILD or INSTRUCTOR account, click the bright yellow Coursework button (at the top of the page for the student) to see a new WorkCenter with the updates applied.
If you are a STUDENT type (you have a professional instructor), then click on your HOME button (left-side navigation) or use the browser reload page button to get an update.
