Can My Password be Changed?

Yes it can. You can do it.

All account holders in the system can change their own account.

This can be done from the LOGIN screen.

On the login screen beneath the place where the USERNAME and PASSWORD values are entered is a link following the question "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" named "RESET YOUR PASSWORD\". The login page and the RESET link looks like this:

Click the "RESET YOUR PASSWORD" link. You will need your registered username with the system to change it.

After the new page is loaded, it should look like this. It will be asking for your registered USERNAME:

Recent additions to the system includes email sent from us to the email address of the person that purchased the curriculum. In it will be the username & password combinations for all accounts created on that purchase. It is highly recommended that you keep this email in a safe place for future needs.

In the event you do not have this email, then you can check the instructions in the left margin to contact general help to obtain your username.

NOTE: when contacting us, we need to know the full name and date of birth of the student.

SUGGESTION: If your username and password is particularly difficult to enter on a mobile device (NOT RECOMMENDED) and you want to sometimes use this hand-held computer, you may need to enter your login credentials in a plain text file (or email it to yourself). Some place that you can easily access on your phone to COPY and PASTE from the plain text document to the web form where the username and password goes.

Storing your login credentials on your phone is probably not the most secure thing to do being as anyone that can get your phone can get your credentials. Yet, if you need to have something to make it easier, this is a low-tech way to avoid typographical errors when entering your login credentials.
